Health Certificate – 衛生証明書

Description

This product is for requesting a Health Certificate (衛生証明書), issued by the Kyoto Chamber of Commerce.

Please note that not all countries require this certificate. Before ordering, please confirm with the customs authority in your destination country whether this document is required for import.

Preparation requires a few additional working days. Please note that this lead time is set by the Kyoto Chamber of Commerce and cannot be expedited.

Each certificate covers one individual order only and cannot be applied to multiple or subsequent shipments. A separate certificate must be requested for each order that requires one.
